Rights: The Exploitation Permit (PE) grants its holder, within the boundaries of its perimeter and during the period of its validity, the exclusive right to exploit the substances covered by the permit, as well as to continue prospecting and exploring for said substances in accordance with the commitments outlined in the Mining Specifications.

Eligible Person: Natural person or legal entity under Malagasy law.

Maximum quota per holder: 1,280 squares or 500 km²

Validity Period: Twenty-five (25) years, renewable once for a duration of fifteen (15) years

Environmental Obligation: Environmental Impact Assessment.

Sale of Production: Authorized

Evolution: Cannot be converted further.
