{"id":2713,"date":"2016-10-18T20:44:04","date_gmt":"2016-10-18T18:44:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bcmm.mg\/?page_id=2713"},"modified":"2024-02-06T11:37:24","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T10:37:24","slug":"objectifs-mbc","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bcmm.mg\/en\/mbc\/objectifs-mbc\/","title":{"rendered":"Objectives and expected results"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The main objectives of the Mining Business Center are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To build a site that meets environmental standards and energy efficiency requirements, which will serve as a showcase for a mining base and leave its mark on the revitalization and development of territorial planning;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To establish better synergy between the actions of all institutional actors in the sector and operators aimed at stimulating legal mining investments;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To expedite administrative procedures and services in the mining sector;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To connect the international and national markets in order to reduce intermediaries and increase price returns for small-scale miners and processors of mining products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The expected results are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Increase in the number of new mining investors operating in Madagascar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Improvement in the flow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) through various new mining projects;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Acceleration and improvement of administrative procedures (service quality);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To be the showcase of &#8220;Doing Business&#8221; and good business practices in Madagascar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Establishment of better synergy between the actions of all institutional actors in the sector;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eradication of underground and informal economies;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Encouragement of local processing of mining products, aiming to increase added value;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Improvement of the economic contribution of the mining sector to the country&#8217;s development in general through various mining projects;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Possibility of hosting international exhibitions and conferences related to the mining sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The main objectives of the Mining Business Center are: To build a site that meets environmental standards and energy efficiency requirements, which will serve as a showcase for a mining base and leave its mark on the revitalization and development of territorial planning;
